How I Work Across Sectors, Systems & Partnerships
My work focuses on mobilizing resources innovatively, aligning public and private actors to achieve long-term social outcomes. This is a form of systems practice: shaping the conditions, relationships, and frameworks that allow collaboration to take root, evolve over time, and deliver meaningful, durable outcomes.
1
Alliance Design
Creating the architecture for collaboration
I design partnership models that draw strength not from rigidity but from their capacity to adapt.
This includes:

identifying entry points and strategic alignment, while leaving room for emergence

creating frameworks that support learning and iteration

crafting alliances built for long-term relevance rather than short-term visibility

translating institutional ambitions into pathways that can evolve as contexts shift
Alliance design, for me, is a living practice - shaping the starting point, not dictating the ending.
2
Strategic Convening
Turning conversations into collective intelligence
I facilitate high-level dialogues, roundtables, and multi-stakeholder engagements that require strategic framing and careful orchestration.
My approach focuses on:

creating spaces where diverse actors can speak openly

distilling complexity into shared understanding

guiding groups through ambiguity

navigating discussions that lead to aligned direction rather than fragmented insights
The goal is not simply to gather people, but to structure exchanges where new thinking and partnership pathways can emerge.
3
Systems Thinking
Seeing the whole picture and what is possible within it
I work with a systems lens understanding how policies, incentives, institutions, and power dynamics shape social outcomes.
This allows to:

navigate across sectors and interests

anticipate barriers and momentum points

identify where small shifts can unlock significant results

support organizations in seeing beyond short-term projects to systems change
This perspective guides my work with UN and other institutions as they reimagine how to engage the private sector in shared social agendas.
I collaborate with organizations to identify what works, fix what doesn’t, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
4
Partnership Stewardship
Making collaboration work overtime
Building a partnership is one thing; sustaining it is another.
I help to maintain momentum, clarity, and accountability within alliances by:

convening partners at the right moments

curating and sequencing discussions

bridging institutional cultures

translating between actors with different mandates and motivations
Stewardship is the quiet, essential work that turns intentions into measurable progress.
5
Narrative Framing
Positioning ideas in a way that moves people
My work often involves shaping the narrative around an issue, partnership, or strategic direction.
This includes:

framing problems in ways that drive creative thinking

articulating shared visions for multi-stakeholder groups

crafting messages for diverse sectors

amplifying voices on global platforms
I help others see the meaning in the work and the opportunity hidden inside complexity.
6
Building the Future Practice
From personal practice to emergent service model
I am shaping an emerging practice focused on alliance-building, systems convening, and collaborative strategy with a growing emphasis on mobilizing capital for measurable and long-term impact.
Drawing on two decades across finance, public policy, philanthropy and the UN, this practice advances impact investing and innovative financing models, deepened through executive education in impact investing at the University of Oxford, Said Business School.
